I made it easy to create a customized calendar that will help you plan and track your workouts. Whether you like to do at-home DVDs, go to the gym, run, walk, do yoga or do any other fitness program, this can help you track your results.
Write in the date in the top right box for each day of the week. Write your planned workout in the middle. At the bottom of each day, you can use that to rate your workout. You could track your calories burned, miles ran, or just rate your workout on a scale of 1-10. Also, make sure to come up with a way to reward yourself for your efforts!
