21 Day Fix Reviews – The Nutrition
You’ll get 6 color-coded containers. These are to help you with your portion control as well as the balance of nutrition you need in your diet. Your guide book will list the foods that can go into each container. Here are some examples of what goes into each container:
- Red: Chicken Breast, Fish, Greek yogurt, lean Turkey, Eggs, and more
- Green: Peppers, Broccoli, Zuchiini, Tomoatoes, Green Beans, and more
- Yellow: Sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice, whole grain pasta, whole grain bread, and more
- Purple: Berries, Apple, Orange, Banana
- Blue: Almonds, Hummus, Avacado, and more
- Orange: Pumpkin Seeds, Peanuts, Salad Dressings, and more
- 2 tsps: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Natural Peanut Butter
Based on your weight and goals, you’ll be given a certain number of containers each day and the book will tell you how many of each you can eat per day. You get to choose what you eat, the recipes you make, and when you eat. The containers give you the guidelines for your portions and balance of nutrients.
