This is a really great 21 Day Fix Transformation that I want to share with you! I LOVE Celebrating Success Stories like this. Wendy and I were friends in college and two years ago, she started doing TurboFire and Shakeology and got GREAT results with that! She lost weight, had more energy to run around with her boys, and felt great. She loved the program because as a stay-at-home mom, it didn’t require her to get childcare…she could workout right at home.
Fast forward to now, she had a BABY at the end of 2014 (totally sweet little girl). Most of us are familiar with what happens during a pregnancy and when you are growing a baby in your tummy. Everything gets stretched out and many of us gain weight (which most of us are supposed to do as part of the process.) And then you have a NEWBORN to take care of an no time for yourself.
So, I was so happy when Wendy reached out to me again a few weeks ago. She wanted to figure out the best program and GAME PLAN to help her drop some of the baby weight and tighten up. She decided to do the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology.
I was SHOCKED when she emailed me a month later to say she’d lost 10 lbs and 10 INChES!!! So AWESOME right? I mean, she is a woman on a mission and looks FANTASTIC. What a wonderful 21 Day Fix transformation story and I just needed to share it.
When I share stories like this, some people think that I’m sharing about some fad diet or quick fix. That is NOT what this is. If you want the easy way out, I can’t help ya. Sorry.
What I share is FITNESS programs and NUTRITION plans that help us fuel our body with clean foods (such as fresh fruit and veggies, lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats, super foods). The fitness programs work our HEART, our muscles, release endorphins, and help our bodies be HEALTHIER!
Every single doctor that I’ve ever talked to says that EXERCISE and NUTRITION are the keys to health. There is no pill that will ever replace that. And we all DESERVE to feel our best and to have confidence, health, energy, and feel at the top of our game.
Most of us KNOW what we have to do. But DOING IT is the hard part. So, having a 30 minute fitness program that you can do at home and an easy-to-follow structure for your nutrition and portion control makes it easier. It gives you the tools to SUCCEED.
